The app is being developed by Eleks Labs and while the final version is sure to differ from the current prototype, the app currently allows users to check the status of the car’s battery life, mileage and temperature. Further futuristic-sounding details include the ability to unlock and lock the doors, control the headlights, and a map screen that shows exactly where you parked.
For a full look into what the app can do exactly, head on over to Eleks Labs. In the meantime, see the app in action below.
The next-gen version of Grand theft Auto V will be hitting the Xbox One and PlayStation 4 this fall. Take a look at a comparison of the graphics shown off in a trailer last week taken with footage from a PlayStation 4 compared with the PlayStation 3 version out now.

It’s not easy getting older. Unless you’re Mark Zuckerberg.
The Facebook CEO turns 30 on Wednesday, with enough milestones (and a bank account) that could easily put an average bachelor into a plush retirement. While most 30-year-old guys are just landing on their feet in the workforce or perhaps finally leaving their parents’ basements, Zuck is entering his third decade with a pretty stacked resume — including the company he founded turning 10, a pseudo-biopic focused on his career and enough hoodies to last a lifetime.
On the bright side, your wardrobe is probably nicer.
Alexander Rotter of Contemporary Art Worldwide explores the enduring power and appeal of the character Popeye as a subject for artists such as Andy Warhol, Roy Lichtenstein and Jeff Koons, whose newly unveiled 2,000-pound, exquisitely colored sculpture presents the cartoon icon as the ultimate American hero. Jeff Koons’ Popeye will be on offer during Sotheby’s Contemporary Art Evening Auction and is expected to sell for roughly $25 million USD.

Batman vs. Superman director Zack Snyder tweeted a first look at Ben Affleck as Batman on Tuesday, a day after teasing with another black-and-white photo of the Batmobile. Though he promised then to pull the veil off Bruce Wayne’s supercar today, the emergence of Affleck was a surprise.
First impressions: Though he’s a bit obscured, Affleck looks every bit the aging, world-weary Caped Crusader we were promised when the project was announced.
The suit itself departs from the militaristic/tactical armor that Christian Bale wore in Christopher Nolan’s Dark Knight trilogy; instead, Snyder returns to the natural pects-and-abs look that Tim Burton went with for Michael Keaton in ’89 (yet steers clear of the infamous “bat nipples” for which George Clooney still makes fun of himself).
As for the Batmobile itself, the closed canopy pod and swooping front end also looks more like Burton’s ’89 Batmobile hotrod than any of the other iterations.
It’s all well and good until an alien from Krypton starts punching on May 6, 2016. We’ll see how that goes.
Grab a tissue. Eminem dropped a touching music video on Mother’s Day to apologize to his mom, Debbie Mathers, for his hateful lyrics about her sprinkled throughout his past songs.
The video for “Headlights” is told in first-person via the eyes of Debbie Mathers. You’ll see security guards refuse to let her contact Eminem at his home. You’ll see her turn to drugs and alcohol to cope. You’ll see her look at old photos of Eminem a.k.a Marshall Mathers. But then, you’ll see the 41-year-old rapper forgive her — with a hug and letter.
In one verse, Eminem even says his mom is “still beautiful” despite their fights:
I went in headfirst / Never thinking about who what I said hurt, in what verse / My mom probably got it the worst / The brunt of it, but as stubborn as we are / Did I take it too far? / “Cleaning Out My Closet” and all them other songs / But regardless I don’t hate you ’cause, Ma, / You’re still beautiful to me, ’cause you’re my mom
Fun’s Nate Ruess lends his vocals on “Headlights.” Filmmaker Spike Lee and Eminem shot the emotional video in Detroit, where Eminem and Debbie’s tumultuous relationship began.
“It’s heartfelt — there’s some pain in it, but that’s life,” Lee said in a teaser.
Told from the perspective of an upstart James Gordon – years before he would be dubbed Commissioner – Fox recently unveiled their DC origin story Gotham. Focusing on the formative years of the likes of Bruce Wayne, Oswald Cobblepot and other notable Gotham City residents, Southland’s Ben McKenzie stars as James Gordon and is joined by a cast of Jada Pinkett Smith and Donal Logue. As the trailer suggests, Gordon is immediately drawn to solving the murders of Thomas and Martha Wayne. Gotham airs this fall.
